The Working Women's History Project 2010 gala, Women, Justice & the Law is hosting a fundraiser on Tuesday, March 30, 2010 at Roosevelt University. Leslie Brown will be a panelist. They have agreed to donate 10% of their proceeds to Leslie's Place.

Saturday May 8, 2010 at 11:00 am, Pearl's Event is sponsoring Meet My Sisters Day at the Woodlawn A.M.E. Church, where Leslie Brown Simmons and the ladies of Leslie's Place will be the honored guest. Mrs. Browns Simmons is the guest speaker, and she will tell her story.
